INGREDIENTS:
- Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Sandwiches (multipack)
- Wooden lolly sticks
- 400g white chocolate (enough for dipping)
- Oil‑based food colouring
- Sprinkles and toppings of your choice
STEP BY STEP:

Insert a wooden lolly stick into the centre of each ice cream sandwich. Place them back into the freezer until completely firm.

2. Melt and colour the chocolate
Melt the white chocolate gently in a heatproof bowl. Once smooth, mix in oil‑based food colouring until you reach your desired shade. (Water‑based colouring will cause the chocolate to seize, so stick with oil‑based only.)

Lay out all your sprinkles and toppings so they’re ready to go — speed is key once the dipping starts.
