Honey Butter Croissant Cones: Crispy, Gooey & Ice Cream–Filled

When croissants meet honey butter and ice cream, magical things happen.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 120g butter, melted
  • 70g dark brown sugar
  • 70g honey
  • 4 croissants
  • Ben & Jerry’s Churrifically Churros‑y
  • Chocolate sauce, to drizzle
  • Chocolate chips, to finish
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, dark brown sugar, and honey until smooth and glossy.

  2. Step 2

    Prep the croissants by slicing off the tips to create a cone shape. Gently scoop out some of the soft interior so there’s room for a generous scoop of ice cream later.

  3. Step 3

    Brush generously with the honey butter mixture, making sure to coat the outside well. Place on a baking tray and bake for around 20 minutes, until golden, crisp, and caramelised.

  4. Step 4

    Cool slightly, then fill each croissant cone with Ben & Jerry’s Churrifically Churros‑y.

  5. Step 5

    Finish strong with a drizzle of chocolate sauce and a sprinkle of chocolate chips. Serve immediately and enjoy the sweet crunch-meets-creamy magic.
